Subscription
The Open Systems Continuous Enhancement Subscription is the best way to
ensure continual improvement of your OPEN SYSTEMS® Accounting Software (OSAS®).
And the best way to ensure peace of mind. Enrolling means knowing you'll
have the best we have to offer: the latest features; the best pricing on
new product, support, and training; and optimum performance.
When current with your Continuous Enhancement Subscription, you will
automatically receive any major releases occurring within your subscription
period, with the exception of releases that involve a change in language or
user interface (such as OSAS graphical/Windows (GUI)*). Open Systems users
who have remained current with the OSAS Continuous Enhancement Subscription
have benefited from the thousands of new features that have been added over
the years.
Support and Training
By subscribing to the Open Systems, Inc. Continuous Enhancement
Subscription, you will receive technical support from Open Systems, Inc. at
the discounted rate of $9.95 per minute. Users not current will pay $14.95
per minute. In addition, you may purchase a $500 prepaid support block,
which reduces the rates to $5.95 and $9.95 respectively. You will also
receive a 20% discount off the cost of any training classes we offer.

Most important, the Continuous Enhancement Subscription gives you the peace
of mind that comes with knowing your business is running with the most current,
feature-rich software available. It costs significantly less in time and money
to stay current on the Continuous Enhancement Subscription than to let it lapse
and have to pay to upgrade later.
* Existing Users: There is an additional fee for the graphical/Windows (GUI)
option.
